Huffington Post article—on June 6, 2025, I finally shared the truth: I’m no longer pursuing parenthood. This article was meant more for my friends and family who stopped asking me questions about my parenthood journey. I mean, it has been 20 years, with no results, so I guess they were no longer interested or felt uncomfortable asking.
The publication gave me so much freedom! I felt relieved and even shared on LinkedIn which I did not want to do because it was so personal. But I am glad the word is out so I can move forward. There was so much support that my shame diminished. Women in my situation shared their stories and I no longer felt alone. There are people like me, like us, who want support. I hope this blog provides that.
